Some people have the misconception that they have to be “in shape” before they start training at Summit Fit Dojo, and that’s just not true. Our professional team of Personal Trainer Coaches, whom are all certified trainers, will help you get to your fitness goal, at all costs. Here Is What We Do
Summit Fit Dojo doesn’t just focus on one type of workout or exercise. We have strategically formulated our Small Group Personal Training methodology by combining various types of exercises designed to give you the best results during every session. By using this type of innovative science, we teach you how to train with functional body movement, muscle confusion, and then progressively increase the difficulty by adding resistance or timed workouts. This way, you are always challenging yourself to achieve higher goals, and eventually you’ll start seeing your waist band trimming up.
I began training at Summit Fit Dojo in December, 2010. I was struggling with post-baby weight and a back injury. Since training there I have lost 25 lbs and just completed my first ever 1/2 marathon! Every day is a different type of work out, and for the first time ever I’m not bored with working out! If you put in the work you will see results.
